Your Vivint representative should have left information with you on how you may be eligible for a deduction on your homeowner’s insurance. In some cases this deduction may cover a significant portion of your monthly service charge. Check with your insurance company to see if you qualify for this deduction. Please note that “monitored” smokes usually qualify for even more deductions.

(Added July 21/11) In May we decided to try out a Home Security System with the persuasion of representative Troy. He was very thorough, helpful and polite. The same day that we signed up for the service technicians arrived at our home to install the alarm system. Our technicians were Randy and Sherry, a couple who work together. We were very impressed with their efficiency and courtesy. They were here for a couple of hours installing, testing and teaching us how to use the system. Even though it was quite late and they had been working all day, they stayed until they were sure that we were confident with operating it. Due to an obnoxious cat, we had to call for service for a loose wire. Randy came the same day that we called with the request. While here, he checked and tightened all the wires throughout the house. We have found this company to be honest and the service exceptional. We would both feel comfortable recommending them to our family and friends.

Vivint’s monitoring packages all include professional monitoring for medical life safety. Using the Panic Pendant, a panic alarm can be immediate triggered to send a police or medical panic signal.
Patented 'Crash and Smash'
An additional layer of security that sends a 'pending alarm' signal to the monitoring station whenever an alarm is triggered. Traditional alarms send a signal after 60 seconds while the system waits to be disarmed.
With Vivint, a signal is sent immediately. If you don't send the proper code, our professional monitoring station will treat it as an intrusion alarm.
